Repeatable Weld Quality at Production Volume

Several JBMK products — timing/sensor wheels with projection-welded target rings, damper sub-assemblies, and multi-piece stamped brackets — require a weld joint that holds the same strength, placement, and heat-affected zone on unit 1 and unit 100,000. Manual welding introduces operator-to-operator variation that shows up as runout, leak paths, or fatigue failure downstream; robotic welding removes that variable.

Our robotic cell runs programmed MIG and projection welding paths validated against the drawing before production release, with weld parameters logged for traceability — the same discipline behind our 100% QR code traceability program for MSIL parts.
